Our Background: 

Elysian Nautical Group was founded from the convergence of law, fashion and maritime operations. Disciplines that share a common requirement: precision, standards, and judgment under pressure. 

The firm is led by Sian Sianis, whose background in law and international fashion informs Elysian's approach to structure, discretion, and long-term stewardship. Legal training shaped a disciplined understanding of risk, responsibility and governance, while experience in fashion instilled an instinct for quality, detail and brand integrity. 

This combination underpins Elysian's ability to operate calmly across jurisdictions, manage complex relationships and protect clients from unnecessary exposure - both operationally and reputationally. 

Operational Leadership: 

Elysian's operational capability is led by Paul Leo Hardiman, whose career has been built within yacht operations and technical environments. His experience at sea, in yards and alongside captains and crews informs Elysian's practical, experience-led standards. 

Paul's role as operations director and chief marine engineer, ensures that decisions are grounded in real-world operational understanfing, not theory. So that technical matters are approached with competence, foresight, and respect for the vessel.
