ELYSIAN NAUTICAL GROUP – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Overview
Elysian Nautical Group I.K.E. (“Elysian”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a Maritime Private Office and Professional Services provider.
Due to the bespoke, professional, and time-based nature of our services, this policy explains how deposits, cancellations, refunds, and third-party parts are handled.
2. Deposit Requirement (50%)
All Elysian services require a 50% deposit to secure availability, scheduling, and preparatory work.
The deposit is payable on account prior to any services commencing and applies to, without limitation:

legal consultancy and advisory work,
-
operational support and coordination,
-
engineering, maintenance, and technical labour,
-
inspections, diagnostics, and call-outs.
Services will not commence until the required deposit has been received.
3. Services – No Refunds
Elysian does not offer refunds on services, including but not limited to:
-
professional or advisory services,
-
yacht management or coordination,
-
engineering labour, call-outs, diagnostics, or inspections,
-
training programmes, events, or briefings,
-
membership fees or subscriptions.
Once a service has commenced, been scheduled, or delivered, associated fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. Bookings, Cancellations & Credit Notes
a) Cancellations with 48 Hours’ Notice
Where a service booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time:
-
the 50% booking deposit will be credited to the client’s Elysian account as a credit note;
-
credit notes may be applied to future Elysian services;
-
credit notes are not redeemable for cash.
b) Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Where a service booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time:
-
the 50% deposit will be retained by Elysian to cover administration, scheduling, and resource allocation costs;
-
no credit note will be issued.
c) Non-Attendance or Late Access
Failure to provide access to the vessel, site, documentation, or relevant materials at the scheduled time may be treated as a cancellation within the 48-hour window.
5. Validity of Credit Notes
Unless otherwise stated in writing, credit notes:
-
are valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
-
may be applied only to Elysian services;
-
are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Third-Party Parts, Equipment & Materials
Where parts, equipment, or materials are supplied by third-party manufacturers or suppliers:
-
refunds, returns, and warranties are governed by the supplier’s own terms and conditions;
-
Elysian does not manufacture or warrant third-party parts;
-
return or refund requests must be directed to the original supplier.
Elysian may assist with coordination or communication but does not guarantee outcomes or assume liability for third-party decisions.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Parts
If a third-party part is faulty or incorrect on delivery, this must be reported promptly.
Elysian will, where appropriate:
-
notify the supplier, and
-
assist with reasonable coordination,
however responsibility for replacement, repair, or refund rests with the supplier.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
