Membership Policy

ELYSIAN NAUTICAL GROUP – MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Introduction

These Membership Terms govern the Elysian Nautical Group membership programme (“Membership”).

By applying for, purchasing, or holding an Elysian Membership, you (“the Member”) agree to be bound by these Membership Terms, together with Elysian’s Terms of Business, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Elysian Nautical Group I.K.E. (“Elysian”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a Maritime Private Office and Operational Platform. Membership is offered on a selective basis and is not a consumer subscription in the ordinary sense.


2. Nature of Membership

Elysian Membership provides Members with access, priority, coordination, and privileges within Elysian’s Private Office framework.

Membership:

  • does not guarantee the availability of specific services,

  • does not constitute a partnership, agency, fiduciary, or advisory relationship,

  • does not replace separate service agreements where required.

Membership benefits are defined by tier and may evolve over time.


3. Membership Tiers

Elysian offers tiered Memberships, which may include Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Each tier provides different levels of access, priority, benefits, and privileges, as described on the website or in private communications.

  • Platinum Membership may be invitation-only or subject to approval

  • Elysian reserves the right to limit the number of Members at any tier

  • Benefits are personal to the Member and non-transferable


4. Application, Acceptance & Discretion

Membership is granted at Elysian’s discretion.

Elysian reserves the right to:

  • accept or decline any Membership application without obligation to provide reasons,

  • request additional information prior to acceptance,

  • withdraw or refuse renewal of Membership where alignment with Elysian standards is no longer met.

This discretion is essential to maintaining the integrity of the Private Office.


5. Fees & Payment

Membership fees:

  • are payable in advance (monthly or annually, as selected),

  • are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise,

  • are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Failure to pay Membership fees may result in suspension or termination of Membership and associated privileges.

Elysian reserves the right to revise Membership fees with reasonable notice.


6. Member Benefits & Advantage Rates

Certain Membership tiers may include Member Advantage Rates when accessing services coordinated through Elysian.

  • Advantage Rates are not guaranteed discounts

  • They may vary by service, season, availability, or provider

  • They apply only where expressly stated

Elysian may amend or withdraw Advantage Rates without creating entitlement or liability.


7. Third-Party Contractors & Preferred Partners

Elysian may introduce or coordinate services through Preferred Partners and third-party contractors.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise:

  • Contractors operate as independent professionals

  • Elysian does not warrant or guarantee third-party performance

  • Any contractual relationship for works is between the Member and the contractor

Elysian’s role is one of coordination, oversight, and standards governance.


8. Member Conduct & Use of Membership

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Elysian’s standards of discretion, professionalism, and respect.

Membership may be suspended or terminated where a Member:

  • acts in a way that undermines safety or integrity,

  • behaves unreasonably toward Elysian personnel or partners,

  • misuses Membership privileges,

  • breaches these Membership Terms.


9. Confidentiality

Membership information, access, benefits, and communications are confidential.

Members agree not to disclose, reproduce, or misuse confidential information obtained through Membership, except where required by law or expressly authorised.


10. Suspension & Termination

Elysian may suspend or terminate Membership:

  • for breach of these Membership Terms,

  • for non-payment,

  • where continued Membership poses risk to standards, safety, or discretion,

  • or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or outstanding obligations.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Elysian shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from Membership,

  • Elysian’s liability, where applicable, is limited to Membership fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.


12. Changes to Membership & Terms

Elysian may amend Membership benefits, tiers, or these Membership Terms from time to time.

Members will be notified of material changes. Continued Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Membership Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

The courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to Elysian’s right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
