These Terms of Business govern access to and use of our website, memberships, services, training programmes, events, digital platforms, and any engagement with Elysian unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Nature of Our Services

Elysian provides coordination, oversight, consultancy, training, and operational services within the maritime and yachting sector.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract:

  • We do not act as insurers, brokers, shipyards, or equipment manufacturers

  • We do not provide regulated legal, financial, tax, or investment advice

  • Any specialist services are delivered either under separate agreements or by independent third-party professionals

All services are provided subject to availability, operational constraints, and Elysian’s internal standards and governance framework.


3. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship

Information provided on this website or through Elysian communications is for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, regulatory, safety, or professional advice, nor does it create a fiduciary, advisory, partnership, or agency relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

Clients remain responsible for decisions taken in relation to their vessel, assets, crew, or operations.


4. Memberships

Elysian offers tiered memberships (including Silver, Gold, and Platinum), which provide access to defined benefits, priority services, and member privileges.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable

  • Memberships do not guarantee the availability of specific services

  • Platinum or private office access may be invitation-only or subject to approval

  • Elysian reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw membership benefits with reasonable notice

Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


5. Third-Party Contractors & Preferred Partners

Elysian may introduce, coordinate, or oversee third-party contractors (“Preferred Partners”).

Unless expressly stated:

  • Contractors operate as independent professionals

  • Elysian does not warrant or guarantee third-party performance

  • Any contractual relationship for works is between the client and the contractor

Elysian’s role is one of coordination, oversight, and standards governance, not execution of all works.


6. Training, Events & Educational Content

Training programmes, events, and educational materials are provided for professional development and informational purposes.

  • Attendance does not constitute certification unless expressly stated

  • Elysian reserves the right to amend programmes, speakers, venues, or schedules

  • Content remains the intellectual property of Elysian


7. Fees, Payments & Cancellations

Fees for services, memberships, training, and events are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment terms are as stated at the point of purchase or in written agreements

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the service and will be communicated in advance

Elysian reserves the right to update pricing and fee structures from time to time.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, documentation, training content, methodologies, branding, and intellectual property displayed on this website or provided by Elysian remain the exclusive property of Elysian Nautical Group I.K.E.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.


9. Confidentiality

Certain information shared by Elysian is confidential and proprietary.

Users and clients agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through memberships, engagements, or communications, except where required by law or expressly permitted.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Elysian shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss

  • Elysian shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control

  • Liability, where applicable, is limited to fees paid for the relevant service

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.


11. Suspension & Termination

Elysian reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website, memberships, or services where:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Conduct undermines safety, discretion, or standards

  • Payments remain outstanding

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Elysian’s Privacy Policy, available on this website.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

The courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to Elysian’s right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction where appropriate.


14. Changes to These Terms

Elysian may amend these Terms of Business from time to time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
